At Munay Sonqo we strive to be as gentle to the environment as possible, and as such we are using a number of sustainable systems such as:

– Hydroelectric power

– Sorting of waste streams into recyclable and compostable elements

– Composting of all Kitchen waste by the Association Sach’a Munay team for use on their Biointensive Market Garden which in turn provides Organic produce for our restaurant.
