We provide high-vibrational meals tailored to our guest’s transformational journeys.
The produce we use is locally-grown, fresh, and mostly organic from the farms of our Ngo Sach’a Munay, who also provides us with hearty organic eggs.
Meals are vegetarian, however, chicken and fish can be served upon request.
Our water comes from the above mountains and is filtered through a Kangan filter.
Our phenomenal Peruvian chefs, love to adapt their cooking to each unique group’s needs and desires. We can cater to various dietary restrictions including Gluten free, Dairy free, and Vegan.
Our 2 floor restaurant caters for groups in both Munay Sonqo Mesa and Sach’a Munay Jardin, providing each group with their own dining and lounge space.
It features floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and a large terrace for sunset dining. Larger retreat groups can be accommodated in the conference space which has an outdoor terrace.

Within the Santuario’s Casa Blanca, is the kitchen, restaurant and lounge space for this campus. It provides a private and intimate group space which features 2 fireplaces.
