Dining Hall and Cuisine

We provide high-vibrational meals tailored to our guest’s transformational journeys. 

The produce we use is locally-grown, fresh, and mostly organic. Meals are vegetarian, however, chicken and fish can be served upon request. 

Our phenomenal Peruvian chef, Martin, loves to adapt his cooking to each unique group’s needs and desires. 

The dining area itself features floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and a large terrace for sunset dining. Larger retreat groups can be accommodated in the conference space which has an outdoor terrace.
