Retreat Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Sacred Opening Ceremony

  • Upon your arrival at Cuzco (CUZ) airport, we will arrange your transportation to Munay Sonqo. After settling in, we will gather for an official welcome and orientation session.
  • we begin our journey with a traditional Andean despacho ceremony—a powerful offering to Mother Earth (Pachamama) for blessings and gratitude.

Day 2: Yoga, Reflection & Spa Experience

  • Start your day with a gentle yoga session to awaken your body and mind, before heading to Sach’a Munay, a local NGO, where you will engage in meaningful service projects, from permaculture gardening to supporting local schools.

  • Enjoy free time for journaling, self-reflection, or a therapeutic walk to the nearby waterfall.

  • In the afternoon, relax and rejuvenate with a spa session, followed by an evening group sharing circle to deepen connections and insights.

Day 3: Cultural Immersion & Weaving Workshop

  • Start your day with a gentle yoga session to awaken your body and mind
  • We embark on a full-day excursion to the picturesque town of Chinchero, exploring Moray’s ancient agricultural terraces.
  • Experience a hands-on weaving workshop
  • Return to the hotel to unwind and enjoy a well-deserved rest after a full day of exploration.

Day 4: Service & Andean Sound Healing

  • Begins with a slow and gentle yoga morning.and enjoy free time to rest, journal, explore the surroundings, or choose to participate in an optional Temazcal ceremony, a traditional cleansing ritual that invites deep renewal and reflection. In the afternoon, we gather for a restorative Andean sound healing session, allowing the vibrations of ancestral instruments to bring balance, relaxation, and inner harmony.

Day 5: Machu Picchu – The Heart of the Inca Civilization

  • Today, we journey to the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu, one of the world’s most sacred and breathtaking sites. Walk in the footsteps of the ancient Inca, absorbing the mystical energy of this wonder. A day filled with adventure, exploration, and deep spiritual connection.

Day 6: Pisac Ruins, Market & Water Temple

Start your day with a gentle yoga session to awaken your body and mind.

Begins with a scenic optional horseback riding adventure through the breathtaking landscapes of the Sacred Valley. After the excursion, we return to Munay Sonqo for time to rest and recharge. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to wander through the vibrant Pisac Market, where you can browse handcrafted textiles, local art, and unique souvenirs while soaking in the lively atmosphere of this charming Andean town.

Day 7: Closing Circle & Departure

  • We come together for a heartfelt closing circle to express gratitude and integrate our experiences. After breakfast, we prepare for departure, carrying the lessons and transformations of this journey into our lives.

I’ve spent years helping others find balance in body, mind, and lifestyle. My journey has taken me across the country to music festivals, yoga gatherings, and travel adventures, connecting with vibrant communities who share a passion for wellness, self-expression, and the planet.  My desire 

is to awaken what lies dormant in others and help

them discover their best self.

Meal Inclusions?

All meals are provided during the first 6 days of the program in the Sacred Valley at our retreat center. 

3 daily abundant vegetarian meals served in buffet form.

Chicken or fish can be served  for lunch or dinner upon prior request / extra cost: 6 USD per portion.

Many of the ingredients used come from the organic farms of Sach’a Munay, the NGO we support.

We strongly advise registering and making a deposit as soon as possible to guarantee your spot on this tour. Owing to the intricacy of this voyage, a number of reservations necessitate substantial upfront payments. These include of reservations for tours, train tickets, bus transportation.  Without prior booking, we are unable to guarantee these arrangements. Visa Requirements for Peru?

Tourists from the United States who are visiting Peru do not need a visa as long as their passports are valid with more than 6 months until expiry. You will be given a tourist card upon admission that is valid for ninety days.

Expected Group Size?

While attendance varies, we typically expect 15 attendees on this trip.

Do I Need Travel Insurance?

We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to cover potential personal, political, environmental, health, or weather-related incidents that may affect your travels.
