Our Mission

Our mission is to empower retreat leaders and facilitators to orchestrate profound and transformative experiences for their guests. We understand the importance of sharing unique gifts with the world, and we strive to alleviate the burden of managing intricate details and logistical challenges.

Our commitment is to provide a nurturing natural environment complemented by state-of-the-art facilities. Furthermore, through our non-profit organization, Sach’a Munay, we actively contribute to and support the well-being of our local community. Your journey towards creating impactful and stress-free retreats begins here.

Our Vision

At Munay Sonqo we envision ourselves as pioneers in fostering positive change through our commitment to social projects and environmental responsibility.

As a distinguished haven for transformation, our dedication extends beyond providing premier retreat experiences. We actively engage in impactful social initiatives and prioritize environmental sustainability.

Earth Care, People Care, and Fair Share

The Munay Sonqo regenerative business model honors the three ethics of permaculture; earth care, people care, and fair share.

Through our Nonprofit Association, Sach’a Munay, we strive to be an example of a business model that gives back to the local community and the environment. Our business philosophy and vision sees us as a positive and empowering force within the community.

A large portion of our profits goes to support Sach’a Munay, to be able to benefit the local community and the environment. Sach’a Munay employs three full-time staff, and works with local schools and communities to offer education programs in organic agriculture, child nutrition to combat anemia, permaculture, and in issues facing local families. The organic farm provides high vibrational vegetables and herbs to our restaurant.
